The observatory's cleaned data as versioned files: each dataset says what one row is, which release it comes from, how many rows, which months, whether text is included, how to cite it and what it cannot do. Availability is measured on the current release, not declared.

Raw originals (every message object, every page as fetched) are not downloadable: how to request them. Third-party data: UCDP and GDELT terms.
